LifeTime Fitness WBL is adding an hour of Tai Chi to their weekly group fitness schedule in 2018!
Beginning January 4, an additional Tai Chi class will be offered on Thursdays at 10:45am (in addition to the current Monday 8:15am classes).
The Monday morning classes have just begun learning the Yang-style Medium Form, and the Thursday morning classes will begin learning the same form. So now you have the option of attending one or both classes every week!
This is a great time to begin learning some Tai Chi at LifeTime Fitness WBL!
P.S. Tai Chi is an excellent way to reduce holiday-related stress.
