On November 2, we will be starting a new Qigong workshop at LifeTime Fitness in WBL. In this session of six classes we will learn and practice the two most important animal frolics — the Crane and the Bear Frolics — which are very powerful Qigong movements. Thursdays, 11/2 – 12/14 (except Thanksgiving) at 1 p.m. in studio 2.
